🔄 Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any consumable food products, including matcha powder, tea bags, or other edible items.

Unopened and unused non-food items (e.g. accessories or sealed merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Make a Matcha Latte： 

Add 3g of matcha powder to 60g of hot water at 70°C. Whisk thoroughly with a bamboo whisk until fully blended and frothy. Then pour over milk, condensed milk, sugar (to taste), and ice for a smooth, aromatic matcha latte that’s rich in flavor and beautifully balanced.
